Perfect for hiking in changing climates.
Very good quality for this jacket. A little expensive, but it will last for years (I already bought the same one over 10 years ago). Lining that is easily removed.
fantastic, just what I needed to face a survival camp
I haven't used it yet, let's wait until the weather gets colder. I'm normally a size M, but I ordered a Large because I gained a little weight. It didn't look too big, but when I took off the inner jacket, the sleeves were too long. That was the only part I wasn't happy with. It is one of the best products you can buy for its price.
Very convenient
Item purchased for its waterproofing. The first time I used it on a rainy day the sleeves were pierced in less than ten minutes!! An hour after removing it, the inside of the sleeves was still damp. No, this article does not keep its promises at all! So I'm returning it. Similar items purchased a few years earlier really were!

This jacket is perfect for hiking. In winter, it is very warm thanks to the integrated down jacket. And in spring it is perfect for protecting yourself from wind and rain. I recommend it 100%.

3-in-1 concept for adapting to every situation
With its “3-in-1” system, the jacket is ideal for cold conditions (down to -10°C) as well as hot weather trips, as you can leave the inner layer at home, taking only the rain coat. You can also wear the inner fleece on its own as a mid-layer over a T-shirt. With just one jacket, you therefore get 3 options!
Component waterproofing of this jacket
The waterproofness of a fabric, provided by a coating or membrane, is measured in Schmerber or mm H²0 (pressure exerted by a column of water). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric.
Waterproofness of this jacket
The waterproofness of a jacket isn’t limited to just its components: the assembly technique of the different parts is also an evaluation criterion.Whether heat-sealed or sewn then waterproofed, the overall waterproofness of your jacket is measured using a shower test developed by Decathlon, which simulates rain of different intensities.As such, the 3-in-1 SH500 waterproof jacket protects you from a storm, i.e. 30 cm of rain in 3 hours.
Removable padded jacket
The inner padded down jacket is quick and easy to remove, thanks to its zip system. It can be worn alone and has 2 hand pockets, as well as a secure inside pocket.
Outside jacket pockets
2 hand pockets. All pockets feature waterproof zips.
Adjustable hood
The hood is adjustable in height and depth thanks to an elastic drawcord. The storm-type hood is very enveloping and equipped with a preformed visor for maximum face protection.
Other adjustments
The bottom of the jacket is adjusted via an elastic cord. The end of the sleeves adjusts with a system of self-sealing bands.
Sizing information
Standard cut. The jacket's inner volume is designed to fit over a high-tech second layer such as a micro-fleece.
